Terms
Last updated 2026-10-30. These terms cover Gully ID (https://gullyid.xyz), the sign-in and wallet service run by Gully Labs. Contact: [email protected].
The service
Gully ID lets you sign in to Gully apps and third-party apps that support "Sign in with Gully", and use a passkey-controlled smart account on Gully Chain. It is provided as is, and may change or pause for maintenance.
Your keys, your account
- Your passkey controls your smart account. Gully Labs cannot move your funds and cannot sign for you.
- Account recovery by email adds a new passkey after a waiting period that you can cancel; it works only if you set it up and keep access to your email.
- Gully Chain is currently a testnet: test tokens have no value and the network may be reset.
Acceptable use
- No abuse of the service: no automated sign-up or sign-in at scale, no attempts to get around rate limits or security checks, no use of other people's accounts.
- No unlawful activity, fraud, phishing or impersonation, and no names (.gully) that infringe someone else's rights.
- Developers using the console follow these terms and the developer documentation, and tell their users how they use the data they receive.
Fees
Signing in is free. Developer plans and .gully names have the prices shown when you buy, paid through Gully Pay. On-chain actions may cost network fees.
Ending
You can delete your Gully ID at any time (see Privacy). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Gully Labs is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or losses caused by third-party apps, wallets, networks or your devices. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We post changes here with a new date. If you keep using Gully ID after a change, the new terms apply.
